Where they started
Starting from zero.
Before the new site, Google had no record of them showing up for anything. That's the cleanest starting line there is: every visitor and every call after this was earned from nothing. And in this trade it matters. Someone whose bumper is hanging off doesn't ask three friends. They search on their phone and call one of the first names they see.
What I did
A page for every job, and a button to call.

One page for each of their six main services, so a search for paint work lands on the paint page.

Twelve more pages for the specific jobs underneath those services, like bumper repair and dent removal.

Six pages for the areas they serve, so local searches have somewhere to land.

Every page leads with two buttons: tap to call and tap to message. That's how their customers actually get in touch.
